Murphy is adirable. Burrito bowls are super tasty!! yum! Thats actually what Im having for lunch today. So good. I agree with what you said about taking certain articles with a grain of salt. It does seem like alot of the time there is a new study where they find the pros and cons of certain things. Its always something!=) I drink alot of coffee.
